How well do you know your customers?

If you trade on credit terms, asking yourself how well you know your customers is one of the most important questions you should ask. Or, more specifically, what do you know about them?

Your answers will probably go some way to indicating how successful your credit control department is.

From basic information like a contact name and phone number to more in-depth details, such as past payment history and creditworthiness, you can never know too much about your customer when agreeing to trade with them.
